Shipping & Returns

PROCESSING TIME:
Our current processing time is 3-5 business days.  We handcraft and handpour all of our candles, wax melts & room sprays.  If your product is in stock and readily available, the processing time may only be a few days.  

SHIPPING TIMES:
North America: 3-5 business days after the 3-5 business day processing time.
We currently DO NOT ship outside of the United States. 
 
If a problem should arise in-house with your order or with stock availability, we will reach out to you right away to make you aware.  Delivery time is never guaranteed but rather placed upon the USPS or UPS current delivery schedules and routing.  Robin Rose is not liable or responsible for any delays caused by either the USPS or UPS. 

If you have any issues with receiving your order, please reach out to inform us and we will try to help you with any concerns that you may have.  Please email info@robinrose.us and include your name/address/tracking number.
  
RETURNS:
Robin Rose does not accept product returns or exchanges.  We realize that everyone has a different sense of smell, so make sure you read the product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.  If you purchase a candle that is either too strong or if you just don't care for the scent, candles ALWAYS make great gifts for others.  If you notice a candle defect that is not considered the normal personality or behavior of a candle or wax, please do reach out and make us aware.  We will address any concerns that you have.
